Pollution Control & O&M Services
When we design and operate pollution control systems, we treat them as production assets rather than peripheral utilities. Every treatment plant, stack, vent and drain line carries a direct link to your legal exposure, community perception and energy bill. Our team works alongside plant operations, utilities and EHS staff to design, upgrade and run systems that quietly keep you compliant while supporting stable production. From first concept and design basis to long term operation, monitoring and annual audits, we stay focused on one objective: predictable performance in real operating conditions, not just on paper during approval stages.
Design, Installation and Commissioning of STP, ETP, ZLD and RO Plants
We design sewage (STP), effluent (ETP), zero liquid discharge (ZLD) and RO systems around your actual flow patterns, load variation and space constraints instead of relying on generic catalogues. Hydraulic balances, treatability inputs and sludge management are built into the layout so that operators can run the plant without constant firefighting.

Upgradation and Optimization of Existing Treatment Units
We prepare EIA, EMP and risk documents supported by defensible data, modelling and mitigation plans. Expert studies from institutes such as NIO, ZSI or similar bodies are coordinated when required by regulatory authorities
Under O&M contracts we take day to day responsibility for running your treatment systems as a managed service. Our team deploys trained operators, supervisors and visiting process experts who follow standard operating procedures for each unit operation, log key parameters and keep spares ready.
Annual Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Contracts

Stack Emission, Effluent and Noise Monitoring
Reliable monitoring sits at the heart of any pollution control program because it is the only way to demonstrate that standards are consistently achieved. We offer periodic and continuous monitoring services for stack emissions, process vents, DG sets, treated effluent outlets, ambient air and workplace noise.

AMC for Pollution Control Equipment and CEMS / OCEMS
We provide annual maintenance contracts for electrostatic precipitators, bag filters, scrubbers, ventilation systems, aeration equipment, decanters, centrifuges and RO plants together with their electrical and automation systems. For continuous emission and effluent monitoring systems (CEMS / OCEMS), we take responsibility for routine calibration, span checks, sensor replacement and liaison with system integrators so that online data remains valid in the eyes of regulators.
We help convert traditional log sheets and paper registers into simple digital formats that can be used directly for reporting and board-level dashboards. Running hours, chemical consumption, key process parameters and online monitoring data are structured so that monthly and annual submissions can be generated without manual re-entry.
